The first is to be fair. Mutual respect and equality between countries of all sizes and big countries is the requirement of progress of the times and the primary principle of the UN Charter. No country has the power to take over international affairs, dominate the fate of other countries, and monopolize the advantages of development, and cannot do whatever it wants in the world, engage in hegemony, bullying, or domineering. There is no way out for unilateralism. We must adhere to consultation, joint construction and sharing, and all countries must jointly safeguard universal security, share development achievements, and jointly grasp the destiny of the world. We must effectively increase the representation and voice of developing countries in the United Nations, so that the United Nations can reflect the interests and wishes of most countries in a more balanced manner.
The second is to strictly enforce the rule of law. The purposes and principles of the UN Charter are the fundamental principles for dealing with international relations and an important cornerstone of the stability of the international order and must be maintained without waver. The relations and interests of various countries can only be coordinated by systems and rules, and we cannot listen to anyone’s fist.of.
